Before the session all staff started working. The first SOP conducted is a briefing (introductory session). This session, I was given the opportunity to introduce myself as Sharifah Nora Faghira bt Syed Abu Bakar is an internship staff from UMK and will serve 4 months starting today.

Today, I was given the opportunity to help with chores in the kitchen such as chopping onions, vegetables, as well as frying spicy chicken.

As usual in this restaurant it is necessary to thumprint the attendance time of work entry, break exit, break entry and return exit. Meaning there should be 4 times thumprint per day.

Alhamdulillah, half an hour before the shop closes. the working staff began to pack the items and cooking containers that had been sold out. Here I can see how they choose what priorities to pack so that the atmosphere is not chaotic during the shop closing session at 5 pm.

From now on, I will keep the kitchen corner in hygienic condition and the floor is always dry. When I'm on duty I have to wear neat clothes, covered shoes and apprentice. hygiene is strongly emphasized in the kitchen. and I was assigned to help prepare ingredients such as vegetable vegetables for cooking. prepare made for lunch

Lastly, after all the breaks session finally end up. We were will begin to wrap up the table and sweep the floor. All the work finish, my shift ands at 6 p.m and then I can go home.
