On the other hand, I would like to suggest everyone to explore the concept of the ecological aesthetic in the landscape.  Ecological aesthetic, quoted from Paul Selman, “looking beyond the prettiness and tidiness of a landscape to detect cues about its underlying sustainability and resilience” Whether we realise it or not, FPL is undoubtedly rich with its ecological aesthetic attractions. Take a walk early in the morning around FPL campus to witness the beauty of the colours of the sky, the swales, the sensation as you walk on the gravel walkway, to know the corners hidden from the world, the reflection of the surrounding on the ponds and the lake, the sound of the birds, the obstacles from the muddy path, the wildflowers.  Let’s appreciate the gem we have!
