Moreover/ besides men sometimes can make bad jokes about women Finally men get to higher posts.  There are too many sterotypes about what jobs are supposed to be for men, or for women. In some countries, women can't work, but in some , there is true gender equality at work (Northern Europe).

The son will be encouraged up to pursue long studies in the best schools, but the daughter will be encouraged to do other things. In other countries,  the daughter has to help her mother at home with housework because it's her "place".
