As teacher's it is very important to be an example of good health and eating habits. You should portray the importance of good health which is for the better in your classroom. The less sick days the kids have, the less sick days you probably will have. If the kids are there more, you teach them more and you will be able to have better scores on tests at the end of the year and you won't spend more of your time re-teaching your concepts and lessons. The kids will also have better self esteem as they get out and are able to enjoy life as much as they are able.
