Women are represented in a very bad way but for reason in this film. For example for this is that at one point of the film Sonny forced a girl to sleep with Anthony. This has a bad way for the girls to be represented by how the drug dealers treat the girls. Its not the girls fault just the way they are portrayed.
Patti the mother of the dealers doesn't control there boys and lets them free on what they do. This is another bad way to girls get portrayed.

Firstly id say he isn't scared because he feels he had failed his brother meaning Richard no longer gives a damn what happens to him. Other reason why he is not scared is because he has been in the war. So this is nothing to him compared what he had been in.

Especially in the time 2004. The camera techniques what are used are to help create the emotion of the certain scene. To help create mystery. The sounds are used and most effective when it can create tension or even any emotion to make the watcher feel more sympathetic.

Anthony - The younger that died. This was caused due to hanging around with the wrong people. From this the dealers took Anthony to there advantage. Anthony could be seen at first in a negative way, but as it plots out he is seen in a positive way. As for he was vulnerable and didn't know what he was doing. He was a stereotypical character as for the death was what started the creation of the story.

He is acted to be this hard man first then when he encountered Richard he became scared from the response Richard gave him. Making him vulnerable.
