This learning tool provides a great way to effectively organize writing assignments, create stories, make outlines, etc. and do it in a fun and imaginative way. The fun designs and easy accessibility via download or browser make it a great resource. 
Web cloud tools provide a great blend of artwork and storytelling. These are simple sites that combined technology and fun to make an easy and effective classroom tool, with complex shapes and the ability to create your own word font. 
The real advantage of using these tools is that they allow students to construct the relationships between certain elements of a unit or lesson in their own creative way. Students can make out these correlations visually and save the maps for future use.

•I created one based on my own personal information including a pdf of my resume, contact information, and a page on my passions and interests. Google was very user friendly and gave me a chance to make the website my own even though I used someone else's tool.

Having these apps so easily available gives me a much greater ability to surf the web for the information I want in a much quicker way. This was a productivity app that, like google drive, allowed you access all documents, images, videos, or file of any sort from any device anywhere. Teachers could have students answer assignments through blog posts. Then upload that post to twitter including a link to the website and a hashtag related to the assignment. The teacher and others in the class could leave feedback just by traveling to that hashtag page and clicking on the post.

If you are in a 1-to-1 situation, use a projector to show the class a bulletin board you create. Share the URL with the class and have students answer a discussion question, work on a "Do Now" activity, or even create an exit slip. It's also possible to use Padlet as a place to collect assignments; create a shared wall for your whole class and have students upload papers directly to the wall.
I enjoyed using the app because of its efficiency as a tech tool for educators as well as its fun, user friendly framework.
