How have your positive experiences with inclusion influenced your practice?

In any learning environment, children with disability are not included by their peers and this affects their confidance. I have used inclusion technique many times and i have gained a lot of experience working in such environment and i observed that by inclusion, children were able to connect and create a very positive bond between each other.

Do you feel some children are more capable than others?

Children are capable of far more than we think. When parents teach their children to accomplish things on their own and then give them the authority to do so, they demonstrate faith in them. Giving a child responsibility and the chance to feel responsible instills confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth in them. Allowing children to make errors and teaching them how to deal with fair and appropriate consequences also helps them develop a sense of self-worth.
Parents who do everything for their children or who do not expect their children to contribute to the family's function and environment, on the other hand, send the opposite message: "You are Not Capable." Children eventually believe it and give up trying.
