Mark Anders gives the basics on backpacks. I learned that if you get a ill fitting backpack then it will make you're walk a nightmare. 

The ways that it could help with making it is so that we know that sometimes bigger isn't better and also that extra things are nice but not necessary. One of the things is charging stuff without using the sun to do so. In the Cavpak there is charging ports that you can plug anything into them, so you can be alert.
The way that this helps is when you are on a quest in a cave and one of your devices run out of battery then you can plug that device in you just have to remember to bring the charging cord it's very simple .
