         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my country some of the main cuisines we eat are jollof rice, fufu, and okra stew<br><br>Jollof rice ingredients: oil, butter, rice, paprika, cayenne, carrots, green pepper, garlic, onions, salt, tomato paste, curry powder, celery, ginger, bay leaf, and thyme. Calories: 240  Fat: 5g  Sugar: 72g.<br>•I think to make jollof rice more healthy the oil, ginger, and butter should be removed.<br><br>Fufu Ingredients: cassava, yams, green plantains, cocoyams, flour, and water and can be ate with almost all stews. Calories: 210  Fat: 0g  Sugar: 0g.<br>•To make this dish healthier I think it really depends on the type of soup that the fufu is being eaten with so if the fufu get eaten with a leafy stew it might be more healthier than it being eaten with a a oily stew.<br><br></div>]]></description>
