Will and I would live out our years in different places and yet at special times, life would bring us back together for a season. Each time we met, his faith had grown, his love for Jesus had deepened, his worship would be at a higher level and his love for people continued to expand. He was becoming more and more like Jesus. I hope that I was too. 

Will was a worker. He was a warrior. He was a worshipper. He was a true and faithful friend. 

I'm glad that our paths continually crossed throughout our lives and I am quite confident that we will meet once again!

As you know we are in South Carolina and unable to attend the celebration of life for Will.  Glenn and I want to express our love and appreciation of Will.  We always knew we could count on Will... it could be prayers for my mom and dad or just to hear his uplifting voice and encouraging words.  We know Will was a true prayer warrior and all we had to do was place a call to him and he would immediately call other true prayer warriors and many prayers were being sent to Heaven for our needs.  We  also appreciated the home visits you both made for mom and dad.  Will had such an uplifting personality, beautiful  smile, and contagious laugh.  He loved God, and shouted praises to God anytime he felt the need, and shared God's love to everyone.  Will loved you and loved his family.  You could see and feel his love and pride of you all.  Will was a wonderful example of God's love and care for others.  Will just left too soon in our eyes.  But it's all in God's timing.  God knew Will was ready to "go home" and it was time for Will to reach his reward and be with his Heavenly Father.  Will is always with you spiritually and watching over you all.  I know there are no words to make it easier ---we offer prayers over you and your family and pray your heart is a little lighter each day and you are flooded with many beautiful memories of Will's love.  You both were so blessed to have each other's love... and we are also blessed to have known Will.  We love you Pam and all your family.  We are with you in spirit today as you celebrate such a great man, the love of your life, and father of your beautiful children, Will.  We miss him but know we will see him again and celebrate the reunion.

Through the years and tears we remained in touch. We hunted together, worked on tree stands together, relocated a hunt camp in hottest part of the summer. Argued and laughed often as Iron Sharpens Iron. To show you what kind of strong marriage he had, while on vacation, Will climbed up on my roof addition at my shop and lent a helping hand. Pam was always cordial about allowing Will freedom and Liberty. Most wives on vacation would speak up. She knew Christian men need fellowship time with Christian men.

 

After all, that was what Will was all about. Getting Free, Being Free, Staying Free. He fought hard, against all odds and persecution, obtained and Gained Ground of Healing through Faith, Raw Courage, Pain and Treatments to prolonging his years with us, during a crucial time when his kids were teenagers needing a Father.

 

I knew Bob his stepfather very well when he volunteered as the Sound Manager at Bethesda Temple. Visited their old home in Arlington, before they moved to Doctors Inlet. Had the privilege of hosting his real Father at our home and prayer meeting many years later, after Bob had gone on to Glory. Visited his mom on the lake and ate with Randy many times. Will's Mom visited our Georgia Hunt camp on the way to Kentucky for camp grub. She is a sport and loved hanging out with her sons (of which I am one).

 

Pam was a constant, allowing Will to go to business levels he could have never accomplished in Florida. I remember when he came by my house with his tractor and belongings headed to Kentucky, asking for a blessing.

 

I could always count on Will to Pray, Praise, War and Worship.
