We all may not have all the leadership intelligences and capabilities but we are self aware and learners who work on developing ourselves personally and professionally.

Thanks a lot Chanderi and Jiten for sharing your comprehended ideas about the four readings, and synthesizing the final graphics. I wish I could have been more engaged than expected here for this discussion forum. I was travelling this week - finally I am home, up and running. Hopefully my contributions to future engagements will be more engaging than it was for now.
It is interesting to see how the thoughts have evolved through the individual to the collaborative new knowledge.
