It is fun because it allows them to draw under a couple of seconds until they hear the person say what it is they are drawing. I can see it being engaging to the whole class. It is something to help them distract themselves and pull away from work even for just a couple of minutes. They get to be creative.

To make it simple, it allows students to see street like views from anywhere in the world. Would be GREAT for a geography classroom. As a math teacher, I   would use google sky in a math problem. For example.. maybe I   would make the students figure out how many miles planet A is from plant C. Or have them use the distance formula to find true distance from two exact coordinates on the map!!

I would use it as a tool to help me during a lesson about different cultures and the music they have.
