In the film scene,she decides to tell the students that they were only created for organ donation and that their vision of the future and the associated plans will never be fullfilled,because their lives are predetermined.
They won‘t be able to get their favorite job or follow their dreams because tehy will have to donate all their organs when they become adults and that will kill them.
After hearing this the students all responded shock and didn‘t know how to deal with this horrible prediction of their lives.
