         <description><![CDATA[<div>- over the last 2 weeks I have been helping both friends and family because they have been having a hard time (mostly friendship issues and stress).<br>- I have also had both friends and family helping me with situations that I have been going through (mostly stress related).</div>]]></description>

I play sport almost every day.&nbsp;<br>- Mondays I have volleyball (SIV), Tuesdays I have volleyball (SIV) then training after school (club), Wednesdays I have straining after school (schools cup), Thursdays I have a rest day, Fridays I have double volleyball lesson (SIV) and a volleyball game after school.</div>]]></description>

I will have volleyball training on a Tuesday afternoon.<br>- having no sport through out the day will give me a chance to do a different exercise such as going for a run.<br>- my future goal is to be able to get better at volleyball.<br>-my future goal is also to take up running or walking on the days I have off of sport.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- in the last 2 weeks I have been getting a round 9-10 hours sleep.<br>- my sleep schedule is mostly repetitive. the only time I have less sleep is when I go to bed late due to having to stay up and finish school assignments/homework.<br>- on weekends I tend to go to bed late and get up late. some weekends I only get about 6-7 hours sleep depending on what I am doing on Saturday and Sunday.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- in the next 2 weeks it is holidays so I will be going to bed later than usual and getting up later than usual.<br>- I will roughly get the same amount of hours, it will just be a bit different.<br>- I have no future goal because I believe that my sleep schedule is really good to say that I have sport some nights.</div>]]></description>
