I learned Pedagogy is the act of teaching and it is teaching methods, Also it is relationship between learning techniques and culture. So, the goal is to help students build on prior learning and develop skills and attitudes.

I know that our students’ world is ever-changing, so I can’t stand still. Today’s students

want an education that meets their individual needs, and opportunities that connect them to what is happening around the globe. They expect from me to be innovative and to make learning environments more exciting, challenging and rewarding.

If a student misses a class, they can use these VR recordings to be digitally transported into their classroom, see their peers, and learn as if they were there.

However; we can use this technology for crime scene investigation session and teach the student about all practical tools and case study. specially when we can not reach all kinds of crime scene .

I understand through students comments and teachers comments student-centered classroom provides more effective learning environment and independent skills for the student. However, this does not mean to ignore the teacher -centered education completely because it does have an effective teaching strategy in different fields. I conclude that the best approach would be mix approach, because we could get advantage from both methods. This it means the students can work as a group together and at the same time be well-organized without confusion. I know my students more than others, I will apply my test and reflect in due course so I can figure out which ways work to the best interest for my student. I will also make sure that the students are involved and they are engaged too. I also make sure to apply balanced educational atmosphere for the benefit of my student.

Therefore; this will make gap between the teachers and the students to understand each other in reality . . Because students assessment will be through technology tools not human sense .

Useful topic has been discussed and it was Orientation . this terminology is to describe the week of induction into university life. Also this is not just for student it is also for new teachers in the University .So it is to welcome new teachers to their schools or university , mentor teachers can hold a new teacher orientation session. This is a great opportunity to share school-university based information that isn’t covered in a district-wide new teacher training – and to help new teachers start to develop relationships with each other and their mentors.

Also, tone of voice and pitch automatically come into play as i speak. Moreover; i have to Be expressive as i teach and never hesitate to inject true emotion into my voice.

Fishbowl is a strategy for organizing medium- to large-group discussions. Students are
separated into an inner and outer circle. therefore; we use this method in our class today and it was so effective for learning. Because, we should focus what other saying while we were waiting for our turn to inter the circle for discussion . Also, it is effect way to learn about new idea from other speakers.

               Learning Environment

The learning environment encompasses more than just the classroom that learning and teaching takes place. Therefore; Many factors contribute to a learning environment, including the students, teachers, parents, school staff, policy makers, specialists, support staff, community members and the different learning spaces and resources available. Also ,the cultural environments in university must be conducive to learners as well.

More explanation about the learning environment, learning environments filled with sunlight and stimulating educational materials would likely be considered more conducive to learning than drab spaces without windows or decoration.

A good learning environment offers a safe platform for learners. So, before you can expect learners to succeed academically, they should also feel safe both mentally and physically. Also, learners must feel supported, welcomed, and respected.

Turn problems into teachable moments, which it means try to take a positive spin and get students interested in taking the steps to solve it.

A rubric is typically an evaluation tool or set of guidelines used to promote the consistent application of learning expectations, learning objectives, or learning standards in the classroom, or to measure their attainment against a consistent set of criteria. In instructional settings, rubrics clearly define academic expectations for students and help to ensure consistency in the evaluation of academic work from student to student, assignment to assignment, or course to course. Rubrics are also used as scoring instruments to determine grades or the degree to which learning standards have been demonstrated or attained by students.
