         <description><![CDATA[<div>First plant the chives in a pot 5 cm a part.<br> Next cover over the seeds with soil.<br> Than water and fertilizer. I find it easier and more suited to my busy life style, because they don't need as much care, but if you had no job or a passionate gardener I would recommend using seeds.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></div><ul><li><br></li><li>600g green medium king prawns, peeled, deveined, finely chopped</li><li><br></li><li>3 garlic cloves, crushed</li><li><br></li><li>1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives</li><li><br></li><li>1 long red chilli, finely chopped</li><li><br></li><li>2 tablespoons oyster sauce</li><li><br></li><li>1 teaspoon sesame oi30 (275g packet) gow gee wrappers</li><li><strong>METHOD</strong><ul><li>Step 1</li><li>Combine prawns, garlic, chives, chilli, oyster sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.</li><li>Step 2</li><li>Place wrappers on a flat surface. Spoon 2 teaspoons mince mixture onto the centre of each wrapper. Brush edges with cold water. Fold up sides to form a round pouch. Pinch to enclose filling. Place on a tray lined with baking paper.</li><li>Step 3</li><li>Place a steamer lined with baking paper over simmering water. Cook dumplings, in batches, for 15 minutes or until tender and cooked through.
