It was wonderful to be working with you at the SSC. I really admire your artistic ability and cheerful attitude. I appreciated the flexible structure you provided to help our students grow in our school and program. Your contribution to the events at the SSC and to the new mural the wraps around our mauka wall will be lasting inspiration for the community. I know how life changing it can be to return to your home-sands; I feel that you will thrive there in a way like no place else. I know we spoke of much of the treasures of Kauai has to offer but I think our friendship will be the greatest treasure that will reside there for me. Mahalo nui! Aloha a hui hou!

You have helped evolve the center and its services to what it is today. What a testimony and legacy to KSK! For me, I will cherish and hold dear ALL (and there were many) times in which you were the calming presence in the center, waiting patiently for me to walk away from the ledge.
