I literally cannot fathom how you managed, within a matter of months, to take Aula from no learning design, to an operation encompassing the largest network of learning designers in the world, collectively transforming vastly higher volumes of learning material than had ever been achieved anywhere on earth. And that was just the beginning! 
Thank you for all your support and friendship over the last couple of years. I think of you every time I glance at my bookcase full of the assessment theory books you recommended. I truly couldn’t have done my job without your expertise and guidance and our bi-weekly coffees made everything better :)

And by doing this you make the space feel safe for others to do so too. One of the things that I really admire (and want to be like when I grow up!!!!) is your leadership skills of how to present feedback in a way that is motivating and inspires people to do better. This is a skill that not many people do right and you do it brilliantly. It's always framed as what we've learnt from the past, you take responsibility for your part and you give the reasons why it's important to do even better and you clearly state how that can be done. Another reason why you are so good at this is because you are also great at recognising people's strengths and efforts and giving your appreciation of them in a way that is genuine and never forced. So feedback is always presented in against a background of positive feeling and genuine appreciation.
