sailing is a big part of my background. as an infant I was was sail boats and as soon as I was old enough I went to sailing camp. sailing is one of the hobbies that have stuck with me throughout my life and shaped me as a person.

growing up during covid had made a lot of my friendships online. one of them turned into my best friend. we've been friends for 5 years now and he's 2 years older then me becoming a big brother in a way. for new years 2023 -2024 he took me to billy Joel to watch the ball drop. that concert was the most fun concert I've been too and it only strengthened my bond with my friend.

whenever I talk to people I loose track of time. being in conversation is eye opening because each person is their own. own thought, own beliefs, and own personality. causing each person to be different and interesting in their own way.

working as a sailing instructor at a camp taught me to be a better person. being a role model is a hard thing to do. each kids has their own problems and issues to deal with in different ways. especially when one has a medical need that needs to be attended to like a cut, concision, or a allergic reaction.
