I am in school to become a NICU Nurse. I will be applying to the nursing program in January. I have been in school since I graduated high school in 2014, but last year I finally decided on a career path. I spend a lot of time taking care of other people and taking care of things, so I am now taking care of myself and pursing what I want! I'm very excited for this semester. My goal is to achieve my FNP, BSN and work with shut in elderly people. I already volunteer with meals on wheels on Fridays and love my 12 elderly folks. I also have worked in human trafficking for 2 summers and hope to continue working with church ministries in this area of need. If I can do this at age 56, there is hope for everyone to be successful.
