I am hien. I am a trainee worker at Hai Bao Company. I have just had 2 months of internship. Now, I will a talk to introduce the working condition here.

Firstly, about the lighting, company uses 2 light sources: natural and artificial light. But it uses main solar energy. It have a glass window system and skylight. It use artificial light to supplement the light, but as little as possible because it is not good for the workers' eyes.

Secondly, about the person working space, workers sit in the correct posture and have footrest. The footrest distance is easy to move to create comfort for workers while working for higher productivity. Besides, the working space between employees is very reasonable. All materials and accessories are arranged in accordance /əˈkɔː.dəns/ with each stage and the workers in charge of that stage. And the distance between workers is also suitable for the production line

Next, about table size. Company uses tables with a wide of 1.2 m /ˈmiː.tər/ and a length of 0.6m. This is a stand size for the sewing table. It is very suitable for placing all materials such as fabrics, needles, buttons and some tools like a tape measure, scissors /ˈsɪz.əz/.

Finally, Each worker is allocated /ˈæl.ə.keɪt/ a small box for personal tools to serve their work. Small boxes are placed in the most convenient position for workers to use. In the box, there are a few small tools such as thread tweezers /ˈtwiː.zəz/, screwdrivers /ˈskruːˌdraɪ.vər/, thread scissors, needle boxes... The personal small box is very necessary, it helps small tools to be neat, avoid it getting in the goods

This is the work condition in Hai Bao garment factories. I am very satisfied with the working conditions here. In the future, if I have a chance, I will come back to work here

I am hien . I am a trainee worker at Hai Bao Company. I have just had 2 months of internship and found that the company still has some problems with working conditions, here are some suggestions to solve working conditions more effectively.

Firstly ,During working hours, I feel bored and tired because of mono-tasks and long working hours with no breaktime. To solve this problem, I recommend /ˌrek.əˈmend/ that management should provide music to keep workers stay alert and improve the productivity . besides, I suggest allowing frequent short breaks, doing exercises. it will help workers overcome the boredom and fatigue. It would be mutually /ˈmjuː.tʃu.ə.li / advantageous if the management rotates /ˈroʊ.teɪt/ workers to different workstations. it will give workers chances to get multi-tasks.

Secondly , i have to spend a lot of time looking for needed materials such as needles, buttons or ribbons. The reason is that the factory does not have a small box without label. To solve this problem i suggest the company should provide small boxes with labels to categorize/ cây tờ gờ rai/ the materials and tools in different boxes. Therefore, workers can looking for materials easily, saving time and increasing productivity.

Thirdly , workers spend a lot of time looking for trash. Because the trash bin is located too far from the place of production and no trash bin under the table workers. . So I suggeted to company that they should provide trash/ bag under the table worker and at the end of each day , bags will be collected at the designed place. Therefore , it is possible to save time and the worker’s place is always clean and tiny. Many of my co – workers have the same problem . I hope these problems will be resolved /rɪˈzɒlvd/ soon to give workers the best working conditions. That all. Thank teacher for listening

I’m production supervisor in Bangladesh.

A: I just had a field trip at your garment factory. So can you tell me about the working conditions in your factory.

B: Yes, of course! First, I will tell you about my company's lighting system. We used artificial-light. Artificial light is from portable led light and small led under each sewing machine.

A: oh. I think your company should change the natural light from the window instead of using artificial light. Because it can bring a sense of relaxation to workers.

B: That's a good idea. Next, I'd like to introduce personal workspaces. As you can see, the sewing machines are arranged in a vertical row and the distance between each sewing machine is 50 cm.

A: Not really good. I think the leg space is not wide enough for workers to set foot.

B: I agree with you. That is the reason for the decrease in productivity. And I will talk to the manager about it.

A: So, How about the table size?

B: It's 120 cm long and 70 cm width. There are small boxes below each sewing machine for needles, buttons, threads and small tools and materials. Besides, we provide soft drinks near the workplace, free lunch and music to keep workers awake and bored.

A: That's fine. Thanks for your sharing.

B: Not at all. Goodbye and see you again.

I will say like this: “Good morning and welcome to the meeting today. For those who don't know me, my name is Thomas from Sales Department. Today, we're going to focus on the order you have made.”

Secondly, I will set agenda. I will say like this: "Please look at the agenda in front of you. There are 3 items on our agenda. I would like to start with the first." When I talk about the details of the order. I'll say: “Firstly, I would like to announce /əˈnaʊns/ the order's details. Your company have ordered 4500 polyester polo shirts, model HHO4561. Next, I talked about their prices. I said: “Now, let's move on to the second point. If customers want to receive the goods earlier, I will say: “ If u want to receive the goods easier, I would say that is impossible. My company is working on other 4 big orders. Shortening the deadline would negatively affect the quality of the products”.

Next, if time is running out, I need to say that: “Time running out and we need to draw things to a close. I’ll try and sum up what’s been decided.”

And lastly, I need to thank the people who listened to me and say goodbye: “ Thank you for your time. Goodbye. I believe a new model like Cao Ngan or Huong Ly can bring in something fresh.

B: Sorry, I don't think that would work. I have received the prototype of the shirt in our upcoming collection. In general, the shirt looks good and has been made quite correctly as described in the spec sheet. However, as can be seen from the sample, there are some different details between the sketch in the spec sheet and the actual sample.

Firstly, I see 2 different colours, the colour of the actual sample is darker than the colour required in the specification sheet.

Secondly, The pocket is in the wrong position not as the requirements of the spec sheet. In the spec sheet, the pocket should be on the left of the garment instead of being on the right.

Thirdly, the text on the label of the actual product is darker than the text on the label illustrated in the spec sheet.

Next, the spec sheet requires that the neck width between two high point shoulder is 5 5/8 inches (five and five eighths) but in the actual sample, it is 8 inches.

1.Individual production report

This form is called an individual production report which is used to monitor the production output of the workers in a garment factory. The form should be completed by each worker at the end of the day. Then, it is submitted to the line supervisor who initials it and submits it to the data processor.

My name is hien And I am responsible for processing the data collected from individual production forms. I have chosen 2 working on February 14, 2022, order number SHIRT009-2022. They are Ms ha and Ms my who are in charge of attaching the cuff and collar for the shirts sized M; they are provided machine numbers 2SMN001 and 2SMN002. On that day, they started their work from 7:30 a.m. and finished at 6 p.m. During that time, they completed 500 items. However, there were 5 defective items of the collar and 6 defective items of the cuff. Therefore, the total working hour on that day was 9.5 hours and the total number of the completed cuff was 494 items and the completed collar were 495.

So, I have collected and analyzed the production data for order SHIRT009-2022. The result of the report is expected to assess individual productivity and useful to improve the working condition and productivity of our garment factory.

. Make a talk about the preparation for a job interview.Suggested information:1.	How many tips are there to prepare for a job interview?2.	What are the tips?3.	What should the candidate do in each tip?4.	What is the most important tip to prepare for a job interview?

Today I want to talk about how to prepare for the job interview. There are 5 important tips as follows.

Tip number 1 is that you always need to be well-rested. That means no all-night cramming sessions! You need to be alert when you are in the room so that you are able to give clear and concise answers and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Tip number 2 is dress for the job. Dressing as you would at the job you are interviewing for will help the interviewer envision you in the role already, which can only help you get the job.

The third job preparation technique is to clean up your online presence. Companies today are being more and more thorough when doing background checks on their potential candidates, and this includes Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin profiles. Make sure you don't have any incriminating photos or false language written on your wall!

Tip number 4 is to figure out where you are going, how long it is going to take, and the transportation options available. You don't want to be late! One thing is for sure...if you are late, you have already taken yourself out of the running for the position. It's always good to give yourself about 30 minutes of extra time. Worst case scenario /sɪˈnɑː.ri.əʊ you get to prepare a little more while you wait!

The final tip is the most important one...you need to practice. It's important to prepare and practice examples of interview questions. You want to tailor your answers to the company you are interviewing with, and you do that by infusing /ɪnˈfjuːzing/ your answers with the qualities, or strengths, and abilities that the company you are interviewing with values. With these tips I hope you will get good results in your interview.
