I really feel like I need to better outline the ILOs, Content, and the English Core- make like a chart for myself to make sure by the end of the year, my students have been exposed to all the standards. I almost think it would be good to show them that chart periodically saying look what I have covered with you and look what we have left to cover- making myself accountable to them.

I need to focus more on the ILOs. I also need to do more graphing, categorizing and writing in my science lessons. Currently, I am very comfortable in teaching the 5 core standards. However, I believe that I can always improve my knowledge and instruction.

I've used the ILOs as side focuses instead of incorporating them into my lessons directly. I've also had difficulty building a quality microorganisms investigation. I'm fairly confident in teaching all the standards, but if I had to pick a loser it'd be heat, and sound.

I need to integrate the ILOs in my lesson and staying consistent with it, By the end of the year

I make sure I expose all the standards required for my grade level, but had to remember to stay consistent in integrating writing and math.

I am familiar with all of the ilo's. I do however find myself having to rush through the lessons because of time. I feel like I too often have to move on before some develop a deep understanding. I really need to adapt my schedule some how to include more time.
