         <description><![CDATA[<p>I really feel like I need to better outline the ILOs, Content, and the English Core- make like a chart for myself to make sure by the end of the year, my students have been exposed to all the standards.  I almost think it would be good to show them that chart periodically saying look what I have covered with you and look what we have left to cover- making myself accountable to them.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I need to focus more on the ILOs.  I also need to do more graphing, categorizing and writing in my science lessons.  Currently, I am very comfortable in teaching the 5 core standards.  However, I believe that I can always improve my knowledge and instruction.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I've used the ILOs as side focuses instead of incorporating them into my lessons directly. I've also had difficulty building a quality microorganisms investigation.  I'm fairly confident in teaching all the standards, but if I had to pick a loser it'd be heat, and sound.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I am familiar with all of the ilo's. I do however find myself having to rush through the lessons because of time. I feel like I too often have to move on before some develop a deep understanding. I really need to adapt my schedule some how to include more time.</p>]]></description>
