Advocacy platform
In the beginning 1953's arrived 100.000 turists and after increased 1.1 million by 1969, representing 6 arrival in each resident, getting economic benefits to development.

Cautionary platform
But after the Bahamas had good situation from tourism, after had serious vulnerabilities like "oil crisis" declining in 1975 around 900.000 turists, also had another  negative consequences such as congestion, pollution and stresses on services due to lack tourism planning.

Adaptancy platform
Despite of negative impact due turism, in 1981 proffered solutions like diffusion of tourism to other islands to reduce the congestion in the same place and mentioned product diversification, authenticity.

Knowledge-based platform

I would talk to them about the risk of not caring for the them knowing that they are limited and necessary for the local community. 

In addition, it would be important to have professionals related to the tourism and environment sector; this in order to the tourism and environnmental impact that is generated from tourist activities; recognizing that a friendlier practice focused on sustainable development cause more benefits for the people of community.

-If the entrance to the destination is complicated, its influx may decrease, which would imply a percentage of job unemployment.

In this case, this platform is based on tourism generating benefits for all, in the first report "Bahamas must «get real» over tourism re-opening",  the Minister of Tourism of the Bahamas  calls on the tourism sector to reopen their businesses, innovate because they must learn to live with the pandemic.The following report "Facilidades de Bahamas a cruceros dan resultado y se suman compañías", indicates the strategies of the Bahamas for cruise ships to resume operations.Both news arise despite the fact that previously the rapid intention to open its borders meant a new wave of contagion. However, both focus on the fact that tourism contributes almost 60% of the national PIB, meaning that its base is the country's economy.

Second - Cautionary Platforms 
On the other hand, the second platform contradicts the first, mentioning a little the negative aspects of tourism. Big Major Cay (Pig Beach), this place in the Bahamas that has been affected by the visits of tourists who over the years have ended up with some local species.

Third - Adaptancy Platforms
Finally, the third platform focuses on sustainable tourism. The Bahamas has created an innovative idea from the covid-19 crisis.
