Evidence 2: 
The word "affliction" implies a strong and lasting pain, normally caused by a disease. This reveals to us that Macbeth is indeed considering his guilt to be like a disease. Moreover, the words "dreams" reveals to us that Macbeth has been thinking and felt so guilty that he even regrets Duncan's murder unconsciously. 
Evidence 3; 
The word "better" reveals to us that Macbeth feels so guilty that he wishes to repay his sins with death.
