     So and so is such a joy to have in class.  They are frequently prepared and make sure to arrive in a timely manner to class!  As you can see via Skyward, unfortunately So and So is failing.  In part, So and so is failing because they come to class early, but frequently misbehave.  For instance, this afternoon, So and so decided that they would attempt to pants another student instead of completing their independent work.  I have spoken with So and so and they recognize why this was an inappropriate action while they were given time to work.  I would appreciate you speaking with So and so as well so that we are both on the same wavelength.  I would also recommend that So and so attend tutorials, I have mentioned this several times to so and so and previously sent an e-mail to you as well.  Please let me know what your thoughts are on both situations and any questions you may have.  I look forward to speaking with you.

I wanted to meet today to discuss the modifications in Josh's IEP.  We have been documenting that he does not want to utilize them even when they are provided.

Teacher:  We are offering the modifications  but Josh is refusing.  When he was utilizing them more, he was averaging a B but now he is barely passing.  He has really began to refuse the small group administration as he does not want to be singled out by his peers.

Casemanager: I have met with the teachers and we have noticed that he is worried about what his peers think when he is pulled out when taking the test. We would like to work together to determine what we can do to ensure that Josh is successful in the classroom.
