I know from assignment 1 that the Human Resource frame and the symbolic frame are my main leadership frameworks, and I know from the strengths assessment that empathy and responsibility are my two strengths, and the structural framework is the balance framework for my leadership. I will take full advantage of this framework to frame my charisma and leadership to help those around me mobilize their motivation and creativity. In general, understanding their situation, listening to their innermost thoughts, and slowly shifting their thinking patterns (the ladder referrence) allows them to truly find their inner self. If possible, learn the two most effective forms of conversation in the concept of teamwork: in-depth group conversation and skillful discussion. Accompany them to learn together to develop good systems thinking. Encourage them to take the initiative to surpass themselves at all times, because only spontaneous and active learning can mobilize themselves and the people around them to learn together, improve their own abilities, and at the same time hope to improve the abilities of those around them. Of course, this is a long process. First of all, I have to prepare myself mentally. Once I start, I must persevere. I firmly believe that as long as I make up my
mind, formulating an achievable and concrete goal will definitely lead everyone from passive acceptance to spontaneous creation and innovation. I will develop a detailed action plan and study plan, starting from the heart.

Each artist will choose a unique perspective to create unique works. Seeing the same organization as a machine, a family, a jungle and drama of the jungle of the jungle, and a leader's success requires art, skill, and ability, and an organization as an organism. Within this organism, needs, roles, powers, and symbols must be integrated to provide direction and influence behavior. For modern leaders, the power of reconfiguration is very important.

2. From the perspective of human resources frame, American behaviorist Douglas M · McGregor's Theory Y is very useful. It is very similar to the ancient Chinese view that "at the beginning of human beings, nature is inherently good". It believes that all people have conscience and consciousness. As long as the conditions are suitable, employees will generally work hard. If enterprises can take correct incentive measures, employees can not only restrain themselves at work and consciously complete the assigned tasks, but also realize their potential. For example, by formulating goals together with employees, to encourage employees to participate in management, so as to achieve the purpose of completing work tasks.

3. From the perspective of the political frame, it really subverts my perception of the political perspective. Many of the ideas and cases in the book opened my horizon. Because I am biased towards politics and power, even a little bit annoying. I will take a good look at the theories and cases in the book . For example, the book says, "The focus of the tactical perspective is not on how to resolve conflict, but on strategy and tactics. If conflict is unavoidable, then the question becomes, how to use it most effectively. Conflict has its benefits as well as costs. : "It is very likely that a quiet and harmonious organization is also an organization that lacks passion, lacks creativity, lacks flexibility, and is slow to act and respond. Conflict challenges the status quo, while also stimulating organizational interest and curiosity. Conflict helps to come up with new ideas and methods to solve problems and helps to encourage innovation” (Heffron, 1989, P. 185). An organization may experience many conflicts, but how to manage them is the most important thing.

4. The symbolic perspective focuses on how people make sense of the chaotic and ambiguous world in which they live. Values, beliefs are the center of attention. This is what I long for. The description of vision in the book appeals to me; a vision transforms an organization's core values or sense of purpose into a possible future image, a dream-like universally accepted vision that lives in myths and values. future possibilities. Vision is very important in modern organizations, and the essence of many visionary companies is to integrate its core values and its unique forward drive into the fabric of the organization” (Collins and Porras, p. 201). It seems more like a hopeful image. As a manager, if they realize that team building is essentially a spiritual task, they can perform a deeper and more lasting function, it is both a spiritual search within and a shared belief The process of creating mutual trust with cultures, and when teams discover their essence, high performance results.
