I think the important thing that we have to think when we make a chair is how strong is it. And because this is the only chair that is in front of the class, many people will want to sit on it. The size of the chair is appropriate for 2~3. And I think it is made for 2~3 people. So, it is important to test if it is strong or not. Our safe is the most important thing. But some chairs have sharp corners which can make students injured. As I said, students can play on the chair hardly. And we can accidentally hurt our self. By this project, I want to improve my planning, drawing and making skills. The first step is drawing and planning the product what I am going to make. I am not used to oneshape, but I should keep trying. Also, this project is to make a new product by a pallet. Because I am doing this by pairs, we have 2pallet to make one product. And we are planning to make a lemonade stand for kids. After this project, I wish I improve my skills how to handle the tools I should use while making a wood product.

Target audience/market
We are aiming to kids. Because this is a small lemonade stand, kids can play with this, they can pretend they are selling something. Also, because it is a product for young kids, we are planning to make the height of this product very short. The height of the product will be less than 1 meters. This is also because we just have 2 pallets, if there are left over palets, we are going to add more details.

Constraints/ Problems
The equitment we need will be two pallets and various design tools such as nails to put woods together and some saws to cut the wood. The skill level for this will be medium. Because the shape of my product is not hard to make. But, the process to organize and cut the wood into pieces we need can be a bit hard. The teacher's expertise we need is when we cut thick woods or when we don't know how to use design tools. The time that will take to accomplsh this project will be at least 2~3 weeks. We have 3hours a week for design. So, I think if I consider all the time, such as cutting the wood and putting details on the product, we need at least 2weeks.

Sucess creteria
I will be able to know if that tis product is succesful when it is popular to kids. In order to know this, we will make a survey or show them our product in person and ask their opinions if there is some parts to improve and what parts are good. For example, before we put details and decorate the lemonade stand, we can ask their favorite colors and things. So we can attract their attention right away.

summary of research
The main material we use is wood, which makes the air clean. This will be a good trait. Also, I found out that I should use bright colors to attract customer's attention. In addition, I found out that the shape which attrats people's attention is a product with gentle curves as opposed to sharp points. This is thick and strong which I think is the most strengh point of this product. This prodct can be used for a small table or a chair. To bear the weight of a people or heavy things it should be strong enough.

Weakness
The color and safety problems. Because this is a wood, even we color a paint, it can easily fade. Also, the most important thing that we should consider is the saftey problems. If you look closely, you can see that the edges of the product is quit sharp. Also, because this is made out of wood, there can be small woofd peices which can be stuck in your hand, which is dangurous.

Opportunities
This gives me opportunities to how will I make the structure look organized. Because we are planning to make a lemonade stand, some parts look the same as how the product is organized. So, I can analyes the weakness and improvement to supply to my final product.

Thearts
The point that I can learn by this is to improve more thinking about color and saftey. I could use dark colors and paint it over it a lot time. In order to check it, I will look at the whole product and find dangerous or sharp parts.
