         <title>A definition for the word SMART is &quot;having the ability to learn.&quot;  If someone has learned something...anything, i.e, learned to bake a cake, then that person is strategically positioned to reaching their full potential in life.  They have the ability to transfer this skill of learning to learn something new, thus, having the ability in becoming smart or smarter.   </title>
