As a chef d'orchestre the teacher of a mixed class, needs to work with different elements, with different sounds who all need to find their position in the orchestre. We need to listen to all of them and also make them realise that they are an important part of a group. Our chef d'orchestre is always here somewhere in the dark. Even if he is just listening to his musicians, he helps them to create a symphony with each others and to find a harmony in the orchestre. If there is something wrong he is going to let them know in a motivating way for them to be ready for the grand final, to make the audience and themselves proud of what they have done at their own level.
