Buddhism emphasizes the following principles:</p><p><br></p><p>- The Four Noble Truths: The truth of suffering, the cause of suffering, the end of suffering, and the path to end suffering.</p><p>- The Eightfold Path: A set of guidelines for ethical conduct, meditation, and wisdom.</p><p><br></p><p>Buddhists seek to achieve enlightenment and liberation from the cycle of rebirth through meditation and following the teachings of the Buddha. Buddhism has spread to various parts of Asia and has different traditions, such as Theravada and Mahayana.</p>]]></description>
