Training can be obtained with the attendance of college or an internship within a certain career. In college you have the ability to choose what to major in, meaning you will be obtaining the necessary knowledge required to know for a certain career. Taking and actually considering these opportunities is not a waste of time but, rather, a help towards you. It's a disadvantage because although you are fresh out of high school or college you have the experience to be able to work in the career path you choose because you took advantage of your training opportunities and you'll have a greater chance of getting the position. Consider the importance of training and college, it'll give you a head-start once entering the work field.

The school has a major in Early Childhood and Teaching, which will fulfill my goal to help other people and young children are more exposed to learning new positive things for their lives. These influential women have given me the opportunity to intern with Coca-Cola so that i can have a head start in knowing a bit more about what goes on in the hospitality field. Therefore, I have a disadvantage against other undergraduates wanting to pursue a career in hospitality because I'll have a connection with Compass Group, a major hospitality company internationally. I have a greater chance of obtaining an internship with Compass Group throughout college and because I will attend J&W Compass Group pays for my college costs.
