         <description><![CDATA[<div>My eating habits have improved considerably as I eat fruit and vegetables with some eggs for breakfast. I don't eat beef more than once in the week and I don't drink much milk or dairy products. I prefer drinking water than soda or juices. Although I love chocolates, Ice creams and fast food, I only eat one of these choices one day&nbsp; in the week.&nbsp;<br><br>At this moment, I don't do exercises. Most of my time I sit down on my chair and start my work. When I finish my work early, I prefer taking a nap or do other activities like watching videos or cooking.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My eating habits are varied but they are not so healthy because I do not eat so many vegetables but I do avoid fats.I always avoid drinking sodas or non-homemade juive because it contains a lot of sugar; I prefer to drink water and homemade juices. Normally i do not consume a lot of lactios and if I consume it it is in small portions because I do not like them and they are not my preference, although I do eat my white chocolate ars from time to time.<br>My exercise habits are good because I like to dance and do exercises to improve my physical conditions and keep my body in shape.</div>]]></description>
