I love going to the weight room or lifting heavy things it helps me push to greater heights and vent out my feelings while giving me a sense of satisfaction but not at the same time cause im always pushing to be better

I am pretty shy talking to people i dont know or friends,i tend to feel embarresed or shy when i feel like im rambling on or end up saying whats on my mind and i usually feel they dont care or are judging me so i tend to keep things in but when i do open up and try to communicate i usually shut my self down or get shut down
