Each week after my Practicum, I take care of myself by relaxing for 5 minutes and after relaxing I eat my lunch. After the lunchtime, I do cleaning before I get back to our classroom.

Each week after my practicum, i take care of my self after the daycare by sitting on the couch for a bet and then after i settled, i would take care of my self such as taking a shower. After taking a shower i would take care of my kids.

Each week after my practicum, I usually go to the residence for quick lunch then head to college, lunch time is only an hour so I don’t have much time to do anything before 1, but after each class by end of the day, I like to relax before i start visiting or have anything else to do

My experience after practicum, I usually take care of my kids at home to keep me more busy and i love that. Being a busy mom is more fun because they won’t be little anymore once they grow up. I can take care of myself once my children are old enough to take care of themself.
