         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hernán Cortés was a colonizer who arrived in Mexico in 1519. He met Montezuma (the king of the Aztecs) and immediately Montezuma believed Cortés was a god because of the Aztecs' beliefs.&nbsp;<br>Then, Cortés and many other Spanish colonizers started their colonization process and some of the natives rebelled against them, but sadly died along with Montezuma due to&nbsp; smallpox.<br>After this genocide and conquest, there was only 1 million aztecs left from the 25 million that existed before.</div>]]></description>

He decided to attack the Incan Empire and at the same time killed Atahualpa (last Inca sovereign). As soon as he did that, he entered the capital city and the Incan Empire belonged to Spain.</div>]]></description>
