All we covered was needed, but overwhelming. I doubt folks would like to sit through MORE sessions - I think we could follow up with better monthly resources that have videos/resources that guide them through each chunk. That might make them feel a bit better about not having a full in depth understanding of each bit - knowing more clarification and support is coming. - Tyler

More focused

It seems that Y1 mentors and candidates have been feeling overwhelmed. I'm wondering if we could pare down their sessions to the nuts and bolts of what they'll need to do? KM

The data showed that people struggled the most with understanding how to navigate/submit on canvas. Maybe a mock set up where assignments are posted in advance could help with this. KS

I think the suggestion of a hybrid option would be beneficial. It would be good to do it as an EdPuzzle style. Maybe one for mentors and one for candidates. NJ

The padlet on my end is frozen, but I would like to add in the grows...... confusion around student impact data (many emails this week) to do list (participants still believe they have to turn in sections at the end of each month)

Admin Meeting suggested Agenda

If we were sending out further resources monthly we could send out a suggested agenda for the admin meeting (the doc we currently have or a revised one that encourages the mentee to truly draft the agenda and lead it). This could help guide the conversation and better support the targeted engagement of the admin, and better support them to write that portion of the ILP. - Tyler

I was thinking that maybe if all the links and resources were compiled into a handbook-style resource, it might make them more accessible. It could be a Google Doc that makes use of the tabs feature, and it could be organized both by month and/or by topic. (AF)
