         <description><![CDATA[<div>Keeping myself motivated has been very difficult for me lately, I feel like I'm in such a rut.  Instead of driving somewhere or putting in a huge effort for a scenic walk I realized I can just walk around my property and still enjoy a beautiful nature walk.  Trying to get myself out of this rut is an uphill battle but reminding myself to be grateful for what I have always helps me feel a little bit better.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My boyfriend and a friend of ours went for a hike and it was so hard!  Earlier this year I could've done a hike like this easily but now it's very difficult.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I need to work harder to pull myself out of this rut I'm in and just focusing on physical activity is great but I know I need more.  I saw a little book of devotions at Target and didn't really know what that meant but after flipping through thought it would be nice to read one every morning to help me relax and calm my mind.  It has done wonders for me and I have only been doing this for a few days.  I haven't been focusing on my spiritual wellness at all lately but reading something like this makes me feel like I have a purpose and there is a plan for me.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Exercise Reflection</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have tried working out in the past so many times and always love it at first and I love seeing results but after a while I lose all motivation.  I've been focusing on myself a lot lately because I'm in a weird place and have been feeling a weird way.  I refer to this as being in a "rut" because I can't really explain it and I don't know why it's happening.  What I'm doing differently this time is keeping a planner and doing more than just physical activity.  Even though physical activity is a great start for me and makes me want to improve other areas of wellness, this time I'm going to push myself to do it and my biggest obstacle will be being consistent.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Why are my fitness goals important?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My fitness goals are important to me because my physical well being directly affects my emotion well being.  The most difficult obstacle I have had to face lately has been starting my journey so I can achieve my goals.  Trying to find ways to motivate myself has been so difficult lately and I'm still trying to figure out how I can start small.  <br>Things that are helping me are my yoga class once a week, and occasionally my boyfriend and I will go for walks.  These two things are very small but they really help me see that it isn't as hard as I think it is to start achieving my goals.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The last two weeks have been hard for me.  My sleep schedule is a mess and I stress myself out so much about all the things I have to do that sometimes I don't even start and do them at all.  Yoga has helped me calm down and relax for short periods of time and this next week I know I need to work on my time management and not letting things pile up so then I won't have to deal with the stress of doing it all at once. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After having a difficult month and having so many problems motivating myself, I almost skipped my yoga class even though it always makes me feel relaxed and like I can handle everything going on.  A small victory I had was forcing myself to just do it and it really helped me change my mindset.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My boyfriend and I decided to go to the museum in Harrisburg, but it was closed so we decided to try another one, also closed!  After that we figured we'd walk around the bookstore just to browse but that ended up being closed too!  I didn't think I would be getting exercise just walking around that day and didn't start tracking my walk until later on in our adventure, but it was still so much fun just getting outside and walking around!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've been looking up challenges and little things for me to do so I can start to feel more active ad saw this picture that says you have ALL day to complete one of the boxes.  I always look at being active as devoting a huge part of my day to something, but this week I'm going to try just spacing it out throughout the day so I don't feel overwhelmed. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Jump Rope</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've been seeing a lot of jump rope challenges online where you just do it for 10 minutes a day and I used to love jump rope when I was a kid.  This seemed like an easy way to get active so I bought a new jump rope and it was way harder than I thought it would be!  I could barely do 10 minutes consistently and kept tripping over the rope.  Doing something small like this is how I want to start my days from now on because it gets my heart rate up and doing it outside is nice for the fresh air and to clear my head.  Hopefully by this time next week or even next month, 10 minutes is easy.</div>]]></description>

         <title>What&#39;s Stressing Me Out?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've had a lot of things come up at once and usually having a packed schedule motivates me to preform better, however that wasn't really the case this time.  I lost my job, started struggling in my math class, had some relationship problems come up, and my biggest stressor was my dad telling me he's getting remarried.  I've found myself with a lot of free time lately, but no motivation to do anything.  Although my eating and general health has been great, I let these stressors consume my thoughts throughout the day.  This week I decided I had to get the ball rolling and get out of my house because that stresses me out even more.  My best friend has been asking me to go on walks by her house and talk which has helped tremendously, and today I went in to fill out some paperwork for my seasonal job at ski roundtop.  Small changes, but I'm hoping to get back on track!</div>]]></description>

         <title>What am I Working On In My Personal Life? </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Although I've had a lot of free time lately, I haven't been using it very well.  I lay in bed and watch netflix a lot, and instead of doing assignments for school I just sit at my computer and never know where to start.  My family and I aren't seeing eye to eye currently which makes all this time at home kind of suck.  <br>Some positives though are getting my sleep schedule on track and I've been waking up around 8 every single day, my seasonal job starts soon which is great because it's my favorite time of year for it, and my studying in math is finally paying off and I got a good grade on an exam which motivated me to get on top of all my assignments before break.</div>]]></description>

         <title>How Do I Relax?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Relaxation for me is sitting down with my friend or my boyfriend and just talking or watching a show I like.  I like to watch shows when I'm too overwhelmed to talk about what's bothering me and just need an escape for a little bit, and I like talking to relax when I know I'll get feedback that can help me come to a resolution.<br>Sometimes I find it hard to relax because there's always so much going on, especially in my house where everyone is always being loud or watching tv.  I find that the earlier I wake up, the more time I can have to just sit in silence with my thoughts and really relax. Even just taking a few moments to myself in my car is nice when I feel like there's too much going on. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My boyfriend and I recently discovered geocaching, where you download and app and use it to find little treasures people leave all over the place and leave something else behind.  I didn't think this would be a workout but after finding two of them I figured I should track it as a workout because those things were hidden all over the place by his house and we had to do some climbing and searching to find a few of them!  I was out of breath quite a few times but it was a lot of fun. </div>]]></description>

         <title>The next 5 years...</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some things I would like to see change are my ability to stay consistent with things and motivate myself to do more.  I always find it hard to stay consistent for a long time but changing my attitude to one of just powering through what needs to be done and enjoying the things I'm doing to better myself has been helping.  I want to motivate myself to do more things I enjoy because I stress myself out so much over feeling like I'm not doing anything exciting or lifechanging.  I don't want to do anything crazy but I'm working on motivating myself to find the time to take little trips or spend more time with my family.  Exercising has given me a feeling of accomplishment and whenever I finish a workout I feel so motivated to either do more or push myself harder in school/work.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This has been a super stressful week with all of my classes coming to an end and last minute studying for finals.  I found it really hard to make time for exercise because of all that's been going on but I managed to get in a yoga sesh to help relax me and I'm glad I did.  I've been scatter brained and unable to relax or enjoy myself lately so taking a few minutes to just get into some positions and focus on my breathing was much needed.  Afterwards I also felt much more motivated to study and work on everything that needs to get done! </div>]]></description>

         <title>My trends for the last few weeks</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pretty unimpressive but it lets me know exactly what I need to work on and what goals I should be setting for myself,  I want to get my average exercise up to 30 minutes per day and be more consistent about what I'm tracking.  My calories burned and distance weren't very high before but I am determined to start making every week better and keep positive trends going. </div>]]></description>
