If cancer has spread wider or has sent metastatic tumors, it may cause back or stomach pain, difficulty in breathing or a bloody cough.
Every change that can be felt within a testicle is seen as testicular cancer until it’s been examined. It’s recommended to examine your own testicles and go see a doctor if you notice changes in them.
