A display shows information or ideas in a clear and interesting way. A good display is neat, colorful, easy to read, and matches the topic. It can be in a classroom, library, shop, or museum. For example, classroom rules in the wall such as the picture or a history display with old items are all effective because they catch attention and help people understand the message quickly.

Classroom displays help children learn in many ways. They make important ideas easy to see and remember. Displays can show lessons, remind children of rules, and make them feel proud by showing their work. For example, a shapes display helps children know and remember shapes, a behaviour chart shows the classroom rules, and a word wall helps with reading and spelling. These displays make the classroom fun and help children learn better.

Display placement and size are very important in the classroom. Large displays placed at children’s eye level are easier to see and read, so students can use them during lessons. Small displays or ones placed too high or in corners may be missed. Important displays, like class rules or learning charts, should be in central spots where everyone can see them. Good placement and size make the classroom more organized, engaging, and helpful for learning.

Choosing low-cost and eco-friendly materials helps save money and teaches students to care about the environment.
