The committees shall appoint their own officers, unless designated in advance, and otherwise regulate their own organisation. They shall regularly report to the Executive Committee on their activities and be accountable to the Association for their activities. Funds raised by these committees are for the benefit of the school and are subject to the same rules (see section XI Use of Funds). The President or a delegate representative of the Executive Committee shall be a member ex-officio of each committee (example: Graduation, Kermesse committees).

    Any group of parents with an individual project desiring PTA support must seek approval of the Executive Committee at the PTA meeting before embarking on the project.
