Will Finland benefit from that?<br><br>2.Those, who immigrate to Finland have a lot of knowledge and skills, even formal education. Still there are doctors and engineers cleaning, driving buses and washing dishes. What could be done, that the knowledge of immigrants would benefit the Finnish society and economy?<br><br>3.What kind of different integration services are needed in order to raise the employment rate of immigrants?<br><br>4.Immigrants are often discussed and treated as one homogeneous group of people. What are the disadvantages for this general discourse of "all the immigrants"?</div>]]></description>
