Matching Sound cards

Students will have cards of pictures and they will match pictures that have the same sound. For those that struggle they will receive fewer cards.

Syllables

Students will be shown words that are separated with a hyphen so they can clap out the syllables. Than they will get the words not separated and clap out and write the number they found on the word. The alternative option is using a pencil to tap out the word with only the hyphens.

Home Activity

Scavenger Hunt

Group Reading
