In thin-client network, the thin-client computers only need something necessary to run as a computer like a RAM, a processor and a graphic card. It's convenient because people don't need to carrying a fat-client computer because the data even operating system of a thin-client computer is in thin-client network. A think-client computer usually doesn't have a secondary storage.

Snow: Thin-client use a centralized network management, which lets the maintenance be more convenient; it uses a virtual application environment, so it only needs a low configuration

Number one: Don’t browse unsafe website. If one computer get infected by virus then there’s a big possibility that the entire LAN gets infected by the same kind of virus because of one computer. Number two: Always log out after using the computer. In order to protect the privacy of either the company and individual, the user should always log out the account to avoid the leak of information. Number three: Be ware the ports of connection. Users should avoid damage on ports or it might lead to the jam of the entire LAN as the damaged computers might keep sending out data package. Number four: Flash drive or other kinds of outter connection needs to be checked first. If the device is infected then the computer might also be infected which might cause the entire LAN gets infected. Morris
