If the Mutually Assured Destruction tactic stops working and war comes about these weapons would hurt too many inocent people and their properties that it is unsafe to use them to try to attack people fighting in the war. Although these weapons are currently great at detering foreign attacks, within the United States the miscare of these weapons, like gaurds sleeping on the job with the door open or the accidental transport of these weapns, may cause a catastrophic mistake to occur within our country.
