         <description><![CDATA[<div>I use one-on-one instruction to present lessons to my students, and allow them the opportunity to show me their understanding of the lesson.  They are then free to work with the material in the way that it was presented to them.  Once students have practiced and mastered that way of working with the material, Ms.  Wells and I are able to give them extensions, or show them different ways, in which to work with that same material that allows for differentiation among the students and allows us to see if they need more help with what they are working on.</div>]]></description>
