But in some cases, human activities are the ones causing soil erosion, especially farming and land clearing, leaving soil vulnerable to erosion.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

Soil erosion also adds to the pollution of watercourses, wetlands and lakes, which might affect the ecosystem of animals. It will harm the metabolism of microorganisms, leading to the destruction of the primary food chains. The toxic chemicals released will also harm us and might lead to cancer and respiratory disease. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>Possible Solutions to Prevent Soil Erosion</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Do not overuse land, use land according to its capability.&nbsp;</li><li>Protect the soil surface with some form of cover.&nbsp;</li><li>Control runoff before it develops into an erosive force.&nbsp;</li><li>For areas with light erosion problems, replanting with vegetation and covering the area with mulch are one of the better solutions. &nbsp;</li><li>For soil erosion along roads, we can cover the road with mulch or stones.&nbsp;</li><li>For heavy erosion in areas of concentrated flow, the most effective solutions are to check dams or terraces.&nbsp;</li><li>Planting more trees, the roots of trees and plants will hold the soil and prevent it from sloping. &nbsp;</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
