Susan Miller The use of Pictograph would allow me to add examples and solutions to their sketch assignments they must render as part of their planning for each new Ceramic project.

I chose "GradeProof". I like how it looks at a passage for spelling, grammar, phrasing and eloquence. My students have a hard time with the spelling and grammar, but this gives suggestions in a way that feels different than traditional word-correcting programs. I think they will be able to see it in a different way.

I love the Fluency Reader! It will allow students to record themselves reading without the pressure of reading to someone. There are a variety of reading levels and topics. Then, I can listen to the reading and analyze it and use it to plan my next guided reading lesson.

I chose the VisualCV Resume Builder for my add-on. We are currently working on The Giver by Lois Lowry. The students are intrigued by how the main character Jonas and the other members of his society receive their permanent job assignments from the elders at age 12. I thought it would be interesting to see what jobs my students felt that they were qualified to secure with their current level of education. All students will use the VisualCV add-on to create professional looking resumes as one of the culminating assignments for the novel.

After watching the demo video I was excited about using the Read&Write editing add-on. However, I haven't been able to find it. So instead I am going to use the highlight tool to provide formative feedback on health research projects. I am also going to have students use the word cloud generator to gain a collection of student based inquiry questions.
