Se les cambia el agua y se ponen a hervir con cuatro tazas de agua (en olla a presión dejar pitar ½ hora a fuego medio) hasta que ablanden, se le agrega el plátano verde picado en cuadritos, la zanahoria rallada, media cucharada de sal y se lleva al fuego medio dejando pitar por 5 minutos.<br><br>En un recipiente aparte hacer un hogao con la cebolla, el pimentón y la pulpa del tomate rayado, dejando sofreír y sazonando. Agregar el hogao a los frijoles dejándolos a temperatura moderada hasta que espesen.<br><br>Se puede adornar con aguacate</div>]]></description>
