         <description><![CDATA[<p>Advantages</p><ul><li><p>High Flexibility and Adaptability: Since the project is broken into short cycles, it is very easy to change requirements or pivot the direction of the project mid-way without wasting massive amounts of resources.</p></li><li><p>Faster Delivery of Value: Because the team produces a working increment at the end of every sprint, the "time-to-market" is significantly shorter. Users can start using basic features while the rest of the system is still being built.</p></li><li><p>Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Agile requires constant communication between the developers and the client. This ensures the final product actually meets the user's needs and reduces the risk of building the "wrong" software.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Disadvantages</p></li><li><p>Lack of Predictability: Because requirements are constantly evolving, it can be very difficult to predict the final cost, the exact completion date, or the final scope of the project at the beginning.</p></li><li><p>High Demand on Time: Agile requires active participation from both the development team and the stakeholders. Frequent meetings (like daily stand-ups and sprint reviews) can be exhausting or difficult to manage for busy clients.</p></li><li><p>Documentation Debt: Since the focus is on "working software over comprehensive documentation," technical documentation often falls behind.
