We use zero conditional it when we talk about something that is always true.

Using first conditional appears while talking about the event in the future that is likely to happen. For example your friend is sick and you want to give him notes from lessons, but he called you and said that he is feeling better and he probably will be at school tomorrow, so you'll be able to give him these books. That is likely to happen but not sure in 100%.

If my friend is at school tomorrow, I will give him the notes.
or
I will give my friend the notes, if he's at school tomorrow.

Form
if+Present Simple,WILL + bezokolicznik
or
WILL + bezokolicznik if+Present Simple

More examples:

If the weather is fine on Saturday, we'll go for a long walk.
She will kiss you if you give her flowers.
You'll be there on time unless the bus is late.
We'll do it for you if you promise not to tell anyone about that.

Exercises :
1. I the dishes if you the living room. (wash, clean up)

2. I you in the garden tomorrow if you me. (help, need)

3.If we to the concert, we my favourite band. (go, see)

4.You a shock if you that box.
